Eastlands Venue Services Limited, Manchester-based, seeks a Senior F&B Sales Manager to lead F&B sales for Co-op Live across Special Events and Premium, driving opportunities and incremental revenue throughout the customer journey.
You will own the F&B sales process from enquiry to booking, develop tailored catering proposals, and upsell premium experiences while working closely with Culinary, Hospitality and Operations teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
