IM&T Projects EPR & Clinical Systems Analyst

The IM&T Projects EPR & Clinical System Analyst will play a key role in supporting the Trust's Digital Transformation Programme, contributing to the successful implementation, optimisation and continuous improvement of Electronic Patient Record (EPR) systems and associated clinical technologies. The post holder will work with clinical, operational and technical teams to analyse processes, identify opportunities for innovation, and support the delivery of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions that enhance patient care, staff experience and organisational efficiency.,

• Support the delivery of EPR, AI and RPA projects across the Trust.
• Analyse clinical, operational and administrative processes to identify opportunities for digital innovation and automation.
• Assist in the design, configuration, testing and implementation of digital solutions, including AI-enabled and automated workflows.
• Support system integration testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect management activities.
• Work closely with clinical, operational and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and support solution development.
• Assist with system monitoring, performance analysis, data quality reviews and issue resolution.
• Support the development of reports, dashboards and visualisations to monitor project progress and benefits realisation.
• Contribute to the production of project documentation, business process maps, standard operating procedures and user guidance.
• Provide first-line support and guidance to users during project delivery, deployment and optimisation phases.
• Support programme governance, reporting and benefits tracking activities across the Digital Programme.
