Shift Manager - Lead Team, Displays, Delight Customers

Greggs plc in Wells is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee the shop when the Store Manager isn’t available. You’ll lead a team, engage customers, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru.

You will inspire the team, serve customers quickly and friendly, prepare products including sandwiches and oven management, and keep displays stocked and shop clean. Competitive pay with weekly pay and benefits.
