Asagraduaterecruitmentconsultantyou’llworkdirectlyalongsidetheirManagingDirectorandgainmentorshipfromtheSeniorDirectorshipteaminSwitzerland.

• Sourcingandheadhuntingtop-tiercandidatesacrossaEuropeanMarket.
• Buildingandmanagingcandidaterelationships.
• Supportingtheseniorteammembersonactivemandates.
• Workingcloselywithclientstounderstandhiringneeds.
• Developingmarketknowledgeinhighgrowthindustries.
