About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Self-Employed Delivery Driver / White Goods Installer to join our team based in Avonmouth.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys driving, working with customers, and takes pride in delivering a first-class service. You’ll be responsible for delivering, installing white goods in customers’ homes while providing an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and install white goods, including washing machines, dishwashers, fridge freezers, tv’s and tumble dryers
- Safely disconnect and reconnect appliances where appropriate.
- Handle appliances with care to avoid damage.
- Provide a professional, friendly, and helpful service to every customer.
- Complete delivery paperwork and follow company procedures.
- Maintain high standards of safety and professionalism at all times.
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points. Must be 21 (will accept over 18’s as drivers mates)
- Previous delivery driving or white goods installation experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Physically fit and comfortable lifting heavy appliances as part of a two-person team.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
- Self-employed or willing to work on a self-employed basis.
