Strategic Client Growth Marketing Leader

Empathy is seeking a Senior Client Marketing Manager to build and lead the strategic client marketing function, interfacing with Client Success, Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Product, and clients. You will translate insights into strategy that drives launches, activation, adoption, expansion, and retention.

You’ll own the operating model for client engagement, set goals and metrics, and use data to continually improve how Marketing delivers client value across the lifecycle.
