Store Floor Lead - Fashion, Home & Beauty

Marks & Spencer is seeking a store colleague to lead the fill operation, delivering a ready-to-trade sales floor and coordinating resources to Serve, Sell and Fill. You will lead the floor in the absence of the Colleague Manager and ensure tasks are allocated efficiently.

This role includes opening and closing duties, cash handling, temperature controls and recording issues with helpdesks. You will be a role model for customer service, shape a welcoming team atmosphere and support nearby stores
