What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead, coach and develop a passionate retail team.
• Drive sales, KPIs and commercial performance.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build strong customer loyalty.
• Recruit, onboard and develop talented team members.
• Manage stock, rotas, payroll and operational processes.
• Analyse performance and identify opportunities to maximise results.
• Ensure the store consistently reflects the brand’s exciting, trend-led identity.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a commercially focused Store Manager who can combine strong leadership with a genuine passion for beauty and customer experience.

You’ll ideally have:

• Proven experience managing a high-performing retail store or similar environment.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• A commercial mindset with a track record of delivering against targets.
• Energy, enthusiasm and a natural ability to inspire others.
• A genuine interest in beauty, trends and the wider retail landscape.
• The flexibility and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced airport environment.
• Previous beauty, cosmetics, fashion or premium retail experience would be highly advantageous.
