As a Senior Producer, you lead the delivery of key productions from start to finish, overseeing projects through pre-production, on-set (including occasional international work) and post-production. You are responsible for ensuring these productions meet the client brief, uphold ITCH’s high creative standards, and hit all agreed KPIs, while maintaining commercial control over budgets, margins and schedules.

As a senior member of the production team, you also mentor Junior Producers, providing guidance, feedback, and on-the-job training. You are trusted to problem-solve in real time, protect the creative vision, and deliver consistently high-quality outputs while driving operational efficiency.
