Managing Director - MGA Incubator

A leading UK commercial MGA, newly backed by a fast-growing US consolidator, is launching an MGA incubator to build and scale new underwriting businesses. They need a CUO to lead it.

You’ll:

• Launch and scale new MGA ventures
• Recruit underwriting talent and whole teams
• Win and grow capacity from Lloyd's, company-market carriers and reinsurers
• Set underwriting strategy and keep loss ratios disciplined

You are:

a CUO, MGA founder or senior head of class with strong carrier relationships and a record of building profitable books and teams.Equity participation in a business with serious backing.
