Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a Senior Community Nurse/District Nurse to join our St Neots/A1 Community Nursing Team. You will deliver high-quality care in patients' own homes as part of an integrated MDT.
The post requires a District Nurse Specialist Qualification or proven leadership in community nursing, with commitment to ongoing post-graduate development and the ability to travel around the county with a full UK driving licence.
