Littelfuse, Inc. is seeking an experienced Quality leader for our Chippenham site. You will own and maintain the Quality Management System, drive cross-functional quality initiatives, and partner with Manufacturing and Engineering to ensure robust Quality Plans and FMEA activities.
You will lead audits, investigations, and continuous improvement programs, with a focus on defect reduction and regulatory readiness across the site. Strong leadership and communication are essential.
