Competition Law Associate – Mergers, FDI & Trade (Hybrid)

Gowling WLG in London is inviting a qualified solicitor (England and Wales) with 2–4 years PQE to join its Competition, Foreign Investment & Trade (CFIT) team. The role focuses on merger control, FDI/NSIA matters, competition investigations, and subsidy control for a diverse national and international client base.

You will advise on merger control, market investigations, compliance, support dawn raids, manage NSIA/FDI issues, and engage in client-facing work and business development.
