Hospital Domestic Assistant — Cleanliness & Catering

Serco Limited at Harplands Hospital in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a Domestic Assistant to provide high-quality cleaning, catering and general support to the ward-based team, helping create a pleasant, homely environment for patients.

The role is 37.5 hours per week, working with minimal supervision. You will follow infection control best practices, set up meals and communicate effectively with patients, staff and visitors to ensure safety and comfort on the ward.
