Description

• Process customer invoices and ensure accuracy in billing.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments to maintain cash flow.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare and update financial reports for internal use.
• Communicate with clients to address billing queries.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
• Support the finance team with ad hoc tasks as needed.

Profile

A successful Accounts Receivable specialist should have:

• Experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role.
• Knowledge of accounting software and financial processes.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office tools.

Job Offer

• Hourly rate between £13.00 and £16.00, dependent on the level of experience.
• Temporary position offering flexibility.
