As the Probate Solicitor, you will:
Handle your own caseload of taxable probate matters varying in complexity
Work collaboratively across the team and support junior members of staff.
Engage with clients by telephone and provide an excellent customer experience
As the Probate Solicitor you will have:
Qualified as a Solicitor / Legal Executive or equivalent (STEP qualification will be considered and candidates qualified by experience)
Experience of conducting probate matters in a private practice or in-house setting
Ability to prioritise workloads and strong client care skills
