Corporate Associate 1+ PQE - Early BD & PE/M&A Practice

This national firm in Manchester is expanding its corporate team with an associate to handle the deal flow in private equity and M&A, including cross-border matters.

You'll draft SPAs, shareholders' agreements and articles yourself, run matters to timetables, and receive structured training while working directly with senior partners. You will also participate in client seminars, articles, bulletins, and tender pitches to build your own practice.
