Job Title: Commercial Real Estate Associate 1-2 PQE- Development/Regeneration focus- Top 100 Law firm
Salary: £70,000-£75,000
PQE Level: 1-2 PQE
Contract Type: Permanent

Role:

Broad commercial real estate work including:

• Acquisitions & disposals
• L&T
• Property management
• REF
• Developments
• Regeneration

Key attractions:

Successful candidate:

• 1-2 PQE, E&W qualified
• 1-2 years commercial property experience gained within a UK law firm
• Commercial real estate development experience
• Ideally commercial regeneration experience
