Part-Time Residential Conveyancer – Hybrid (4 days)

Edwards & Pearce Limited is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our well-established, prestigious firm in central York on a part-time basis (4 days per week). A flexible arrangement includes one day of home working.

You will manage a busy caseload, handling sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity while drafting and reviewing contracts and title documents, and providing client updates.
