Leicestershire County Council is recruiting for a HART service role based at County Hall, Leicester. The post delivers short-term adult social care support, reablement, and timely discharge assistance for hospital patients.
You will work in a team, handle customer enquiries, reference ICT databases, and use Word, Excel and Outlook. A DBS check is required and enhanced disclosure applies. Flexible working options may be discussed; 37 hours per week, salary £27,717–£29,076 per annum.
