Architect

We have just received a new assignment for a talented Architect to join a well-established Architectural Practice based in East London.

Our client is looking to appoint an Architect to deliver a education scheme from stage 3 to completion.

Reporting into a Director, this candidate will take ownership of the project, liaising with the client and attending site visits.

The ideal person will be:-

• ARB registered Architect with 2 – 5 years* post qualified experience.
• AutoCAD and / or Revit skills are essential.
• A proven background working on projects in construction.
• Good communication abilities.

In return our client offers 23 days holiday, pension scheme, EOT Bonus and 3 days office / 2 days home working pattern.

*Where we indicate a band of PQE for a role, this indicates how long we would expect an architectural professional to take to gain the level of experience required in an appropriate context. It does not preclude applications from those with more or less PQE who can demonstrate that they have acquired the relevant experience.
