Ashbrittle is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee refurbishment and planned works across education and local authority sectors from mobilisation to handover. You will manage programmes, lead site teams, coordinate sub contractors and ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.
Ideal candidates will have a strong background in refurbishment, with demonstrable success managing projects up to £5m and experience in occupied environments.
