Family Solicitor

This long-established London law firm is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join its privately funded family law practice. The firm offers competitive remuneration, a collaborative environment, hybrid working and genuine scope for career development.

The role:

This is an opportunity for a Family Solicitor with at least four years' post-qualification experience to join a private family law practice. Alongside managing privately funded family matters and delivering an excellent service to clients, the role has a strong emphasis on helping to grow the department. You will be a confident people person who can build productive relationships with clients, colleagues and professional contacts.

Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of privately funded family law matters
Build strong relationships with clients and deliver an empathetic, professional service
Support the team's longer-term development, with the potential to take on greater responsibility as the role progresses

Qualified Solicitors with a minimum of four years' post-qualification experience in family law
Strong experience handling privately funded family matters
Technically capable and able to manage family law matters with confidence and autonomy
Demonstrable interest in business development, networking and marketing
Ambitious and interested in growing into a more senior or leadership-focused position
