Group Tax Lead: Compliance, VAT & M&A Strategy

Mattioli Woods Group in Leicester/London is seeking a Group Tax Manager to own the Group tax agenda as the in-house tax specialist. You’ll lead corporation tax computations and VAT, advise on acquisitions and restructurings, and drive tax governance and digital readiness.

Working closely with senior finance, external advisers, and HMRC, you’ll shape the Group’s tax strategy, disclosures, and risk framework while developing the tax function and supporting ongoing CPD.
