We are currently recruiting for an Early Years Lecturer to join a Birmingham-based college on a temporary ongoing basis while permanent recruitment takes place. This is a fantastic opportunity to teach and inspire learners across Levels 1-3 Early Years programmes.
The Role
Deliver engaging and effective Early Years lessons across Levels 1-3
Support learners to achieve their academic and career goals
Prepare schemes of work, lesson plans, and assessment materials
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
Teaching experience within Further Education, Secondary Education, or Training
Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, or equivalent) preferred
Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
Passion for supporting and developing learners
