Undertake site inspections across England and prepare clear technical reports.
Review lifecycle planning, asset condition and maintenance requirements.
Identify technical and operational issues and provide practical recommendations.
Work directly with clients, SPVs, FM providers and other project stakeholders.
Contribute to the business's centre of best practice for handback surveys.

Previous experience within the PFI/PPP sector.
Experience in technical advisory, handback, asset management, lifecycle or operational PFI work.
