Fulcrum Engineering is seeking Pipe TIG and MMA Welders, fabricators and fitters for on-site roles across Hoo, Rochester, Sittingbourne, Ashford and nearby sites. You will work on piping and HVAC/mechanical systems, including installation, maintenance and safe removal where required.

Hours are typically 07:00–17:30 or 07:00–19:00, with 48–55+ hours weekly possible. Skilled rates start at £28+ per hour, with overtime (£33), Sat (£36) and Sun (£40).
