As a Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, creating a welcoming environment and helping people access the facilities and services they need. Through excellent customer care and professional support, you'll play an important role in delivering a positive impact on communities and helping more people enjoy active, healthy lifestyles.

What you’ll do as a Receptionist

• - Provide excellent customer service face to face and over the telephone
• - Handle cash transactions and follow financial procedures accurately
• - Support colleagues across the team when required
• - Maintain a safe and compliant environment in line with policies and procedures
• - Build positive relationships with customers and stakeholders to deliver consistent service excellence

• - Experience delivering strong customer service in a customer-facing environment
• - Confidence handling cash and maintaining accurate records
• - The ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve customer queries effectively
• - Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive approach
• - A flexible mindset, able to adapt to different situations and support the wider team
