Liaise with manufacturers regarding faults, technical support and warranty matters.
Deliver toolbox talks, product updates and best-practice training.
Identify recurring quality issues and support continuous improvement.
Assist with internal and external compliance audits.
Oversee administrative processes, monitoring platforms and job-management systems.
Promote safe working practices across employees and subcontractors.
Work towards acting as a NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor where required.

About you

A strong electrical background with practical installation and fault-finding experience.
Knowledge of inverter, solar PV and battery storage systems.
A good working knowledge of BS 7671 and MCS requirements.
