Venture Recruitment Partners in Cardiff seeks a technically strong Financial Controller to own financial control, reporting and accounting operations across a multi-entity group. You will strengthen governance and prepare for potential investor, buyer, lender and adviser scrutiny.
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will lead monthly close, consolidate entities, deliver management accounts and drive cash flow, working capital and forecasting insights.
