Associate, Dispute & Recovery

The firm is recruiting an Associate to its Dispute & Recovery practice. The role supports recovery of distressed receivables, asset tracing across jurisdictions, and coordination of strategic counsel across complex commercial disputes — working under senior supervision on live matters.

The firm's recovery practice is positioned to act for principals and institutions where the matter spans multiple jurisdictions, where asset visibility is degraded, or where conventional legal channels have stalled. The work is investigative, strategic, and execution-led.

Suited to candidates with prior experience in disputes practice, forensic accounting, asset tracing, or commercial litigation support.

Requirements

• 3–6 years' relevant experience at a leading advisory firm, investment bank, or principal investor
• Demonstrated workstream ownership on live transactions or mandates
• Strong technical foundation in the relevant practice area
• Cross-border execution experience preferred
• Right to work in the relevant jurisdiction
