Residential Property Solicitor / Legal Executive / Licensed Conveyancer (Part-Time – 3 Days/Week)

A well-established and friendly Essex based law firm is seeking a dedicated Residential Property Lawyer to join its busy and supportive team on a part-time basis (3 days per week) .

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor , Legal Executive , or Licensed Conveyancer looking to balance high-quality residential conveyancing work with greater flexibility and work-life balance.

The Role:

You will take on a varied and manageable residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Transfers of equity
• Re-mortgages
• New build transactions
• Shared ownership and Help to Buy schemes

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Solicitor , CILEX Legal Executive , or Licensed Conveyancer
• Minimum of 2 years' residential conveyancing experience
• Confident in handling a caseload independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and client care skills
• A friendly and proactive team player
