Senior Real Estate Counsel — Energy & Natural Resources

Womble Bond Dickinson is seeking a talented real estate lawyer to join its national Real Estate Energy and Natural Resources team. The role involves land options for wind, solar, batteries or hydrogen, office relocation, and development of O&M facilities for energy clients.

You will handle development projects, acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work, asset management and portfolio instructions for national and international clients.
