The Role

You will work closely with a long-standing partner while being part of a wider, collaborative team across multiple offices. The role involves managing a varied and manageable caseload, including:

• Freehold and leasehold property purchases
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• Deeds of gift
• Equity release

With a streamlined support system and an emphasis on quality over quantity, you will enjoy working in a client-focused environment .

Requirements

• 3+ years PQE as a Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and client care skills.
