What you’ll do
Administer executry estates and trusts
Draft confirmation and IHT forms , executry accounts, and manage financial administration
Handle powers of attorney and guardianship administration
Build strong client relationships and manage your own caseload alongside partners and senior solicitors

Proven experience as an Executry Paralegal
Strong initiative, proactive mindset, and commitment to client care
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
