CRIMS Post-Go-Live Support Specialist

State Street, through Charles River Development, is seeking a Post Production Support Specialist to assist clients after go-live. You will analyze requirements, help configure and tune the CRIMS platform, train users and resolve issues to ensure smooth operations in front, middle or back office environments.

The role requires 3–5+ years in financial services consulting or software vendor settings, strong asset class knowledge and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
