Salary: Up to £60,000.00 OTE per annum

Bonus: Uncapped

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30 with an hour for lunch

About the Role:

As a National Account Manager, you'll play a key role in driving sales by estabisting the National Account function as a key driver of long-term business growth and customer retention .

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop relationships with our existing business customers nationally
• Proactively contact existing customers to understand their vehicle requirements and identify opportunities to increase the number of cars and vans supplied across their fleet.
• Develop and implement account growth strategies to maximise revenue and profitability from existing national accounts.
• Identify opportunities to introduce our wider vehicle offering and services.
• Generate new business opportunities through referrals, recommendations and introductions from existing customers.
• Develop existing accounts into long-term, high-value partnerships, increasing customer retention and lifetime value.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, fleet requirements and sales activity within the company CRM system.
• Work closely with the business development team, to ensure customers receive a high level of service from initial enquiry through to vehicle supply and beyond.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve any issues quickly and professionally, strengthening customer loyalty.
• Meet and exceed agreed sales, revenue, margin, account growth and customer retention targets.
• Develop a strong pipeline of future business and ensure opportunities are followed through to completion.
