Chanel is seeking a dynamic PMO Lead for the Pioneer Global PMO in London. You will shepherd omnichannel client journeys across regions, ensure data quality and regulatory alignment, and coordinate cross-functional teams including Regions, Divisions, IT and Legal to deliver coherent, seamless digital experiences.
You will translate complex business needs into practical end-to-end journeys, monitor progress, and drive improvements to Chanel.com and related touchpoints.
