Ad Operations Senior Manager

Smadex is seeking a Senior Ad Operations Manager for a hybrid role based in London, Barcelona, or Berlin.

The candidate will partner with the EMEA AdOps Associate Director to ensure operational excellence, risk mitigation, troubleshooting, and budget protection using data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Mentoring campaign managers and analysts
• Troubleshooting complex issues
• Driving decisions with statistical rigor
• Communicating operational issues clearly to stakeholders
• Representing Ad Operations across departments

Requirements

• 5+ years in ad tech/ad operations with campaign strategy ownership
• Experience scaling teams
• Hands-on programmatic DSP experience
• Strong Excel and statistical skills
• Excellent English communication
• Mentoring experience
• Familiarity with EMEA markets
• Legal right to work in the UK/EU without visa sponsorship
