Premier Welcome Ambassador & Luggage Concierge

W London in Soho is seeking a Welcome Ambassador to be the first face guests see on arrival, assisting with luggage and guiding them around the city and hotel facilities. You will ensure every interaction reflects our standards and delivers memorable experiences.

As part of a luxury, all-inclusive team, you’ll connect guests with Whatever/Whenever, support other departments, and help create seamless stays from arrival to departure.
