Commercial Property Solicitor

Commercial Property Solicitor | 2+ PQE | Kent

Most commercial property roles are city offices, cookie-cutter deals, and clients you'll never meet twice. This one's different.

A busy, friendly property team in Kent is looking for a Commercial Real Estate solicitor to join due to continued growth. You'll work closely with experienced partners on a genuinely varied caseload spanning traditional commercial property and agricultural matters, farm sales, estate management, strategic land for long-standing, locally based clients who actually value relationships.

This is commercial property with character, backed by hybrid working, autonomy, and a team that's collaborative rather than competitive.

The Work

Expect variety beyond standard commercial property:

• Acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work
• Agricultural and rural property: farm sales and purchases, agricultural tenancies, estate management
• Development projects, strategic land, option agreements
• Draft and negotiate leases, contracts, related documentation
• Title investigations and due diligence
• Build strong client relationships with locally based, long-standing clients

You'll work closely with experienced partners who’ll develop you, not just delegate to you.

About You

• Commercial Property Solicitor with 2+ years PQE with solid commercial real estate experience
• Experience or genuine interest in agricultural/rural property work
• Strong technical ability with a practical, client-focused approach
• Comfortable working closely with clients and colleagues
• Team player keen to get involved in business development and networking within the local community

What's On Offer

• Hybrid working with flexible combination of office and home working (after settling in)
• Based anywhere in Kent (the firm have offices across the region)
• Work with experienced partners on quality, varied matters
• Busy, friendly team culture
• Genuine career development and local networking opportunities

This is commercial property where the work actually varies, the clients are real people (and businesses), and you’re trusted to build relationships, not just process transactions.
