This team adviseon excellent quality work relating to infrastructure and regeneration schemes, major residential and commercial developments and a broad range of high-value planning work for both public and private sector clients

What will you do?

• Negotiate and draft planning and infrastructure agreements (Section 106, Section 278)
• Advise clients on planning applications, planning strategy and development risk
• Provide support on nationalinfrastructure projects and development consent orders
• Work closely withthe real estate teamon development projects

What will you need?

• To be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
• Experience in planning law
