We’re working with a growing and well‑established law firm in Hastings that is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive to join its expanding team.
Base pay range: £45,000-£65,000 (subject to experience).
Responsibilities
Managing 20-25 new residential conveyancing files per month
Handling a varied caseload including residential sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold matters, re‑mortgages, transfers of equity, and new builds (preferred but not essential)
Supporting business development activity where required
Full‑time hours: 9:00am-6:00pm, Monday to Friday, office‑based role in Hastings
Qualifications
3+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive
Able to run files independently from instruction to completion
Strong communication and client‑care skills
Comfortable working at pace in a busy conveyancing environment
