Digital Marketing, Content & Lead Generation Executive

ABOUT THE ROLE

SHRI Academy is looking for a hands‑on Digital Marketing, Content & Lead Generation Executive to support our growth across individual learners, professional development participants and corporate clients.

The primary purpose of this role is to help SHRI Academy generate, capture, validate and qualify genuine leads that can progress from campaign response to lead to Marketing Qualified Lead.

This is not a role measured simply by the number of posts published, materials produced or form submissions generated. Success means helping us attract the right prospects, capture their interest properly, and move suitable leads through the marketing funnel.

The role includes digital campaign execution, content production, marketing collateral design, microsite and landing page updates, and HubSpot lead management. These are all in service of the main objective: building a stronger lead generation and qualification engine for SHRI Academy.

The person will have space to build capability across digital campaigns, social media marketing, content production, marketing collateral, microsite support, CRM discipline and funnel management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Generation and Database Activation

• Generate B2C leads for academic programmes, professional development courses, short courses and other Academy offerings.

• Support B2B demand generation targeting HR, L&D and organisational decision-makers.

• Segment and activate existing learner, alumni and enquiry databases through re‑engagement, cross‑sell and nurture campaigns.

• Support lead‑generation activities from webinars, events, partnerships, referrals and other Academy initiatives.

• Assist with targeted B2B prospecting campaigns and account/contact research where required.

Lead Capture, Validation and Qualification

• Ensure leads from campaigns, website forms, microsites, events and other channels are captured accurately in HubSpot.

• Review incoming leads to identify invalid contacts, duplicates and incomplete records.

• Validate and enrich contact information, lead source, programme interest, campaign source and other CRM fields.

• Categorise leads appropriately as B2C or B2B.

• Conduct initial qualification of incoming leads based on agreed criteria.

• Progress suitable leads from campaign response to lead to Marketing Qualified Lead.

• Route qualified leads promptly to the appropriate Academy owner.

• Ensure leads that are not yet ready enter the appropriate nurture journey.

Supporting Marketing Responsibilities

• Execute and optimise digital campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, webinars, events, website, microsite and social media platforms.

• Support social media marketing by planning, publishing and optimising campaign posts, captions, creative formats, hashtags, posting schedules and calls‑to‑action.

• Write and adapt campaign copy for social media, email, landing pages, microsites, programme promotions and nurture campaigns.

• Design marketing collateral such as programme flyers, brochures, EDM visuals, social media graphics, webinar assets and campaign decks.

• Update microsite and landing page content, visuals, forms, calls‑to‑action and basic SEO elements.

• Maintain lead records, campaign attribution, programme interests and lead statuses in HubSpot.

• Support simple campaign and funnel reporting, including lead volume, usable leads, MQLs, social media performance, campaign performance and lead quality.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Within the first 3 months, the Executive should help SHRI Academy establish cleaner lead capture, more consistent lead validation, clearer movement from campaign response to lead to MQL, and better visibility of which campaigns, pages and content generate usable leads.

Marketing success will be measured first by the quality and progression of leads generated. Content, design, campaigns and microsite work matter because they help SHRI Academy attract the right prospects, capture them properly, and move suitable leads towards MQLs, enrolments, corporate opportunities and revenue.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, Design or a related discipline.

• Approximately 2 to 4 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, content production, marketing communications, design or lead generation.

• Able to design professional marketing collateral for digital, print, social, email and web use.

• Good writing ability, with confidence producing or adapting marketing copy for different audiences.

• Comfortable working across multiple campaigns, programme timelines and content deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail, especially when working with programme information, campaign assets and CRM records.

• Comfortable with campaign data, spreadsheets, dashboards and basic performance metrics.

• Organised, responsive and able to manage multiple moving parts.

• Willing to learn HubSpot, marketing automation, digital advertising platforms and microsite tools.

• Commercially aware, with an interest in how marketing activity contributes to leads, MQLs and enrolment.

Good to Have

Experience in education, professional training, HR, adult learning, membership organisations or B2B services would be useful but not essential.

Experience with HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, UTM tracking, email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, webinar/event marketing, CMS or landing page tools would be advantageous. These can be trained.

Portfolio Requirement

Shortlisted candidates should submit two work samples.

• One should show marketing execution, such as a campaign they managed or supported, or a simple performance report showing how they used data to improve results.

• The second should show content or creative capability, such as a piece of marketing collateral, a landing page or microsite, or an email or social campaign they produced.
