Legal Headhunter at ECB STAR | Associate to Partner Level Strategic Hires | An innovative approach to search

ECB STAR are partnering with an elite US law firm in London in the expansion of their Tier 1 ranked Restructuring & Insolvency practice at various levels.

The team is well known for their work on often precedent setting matters, acting as their clients' go-to counsel on their most complex restructuring mandates, representing both debtors and creditors. In addition, the work is broad, with incoming associates given the opportunity to operate across both a non-contentious and contentious remit, allowing fee-earners to forge their own practice specialism.

This opportunity is ideal for ambitious associates seeking the highest quality work and meaningful career progression, with a clear pathway to Counsel for those at the senior level.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Between 1-6 years' PQE
• Be England & Wales, Australian or New Zealand qualified
• Experience with non-contentious restructuring matters
