Our company relies on a unique blend of ingredients to really hit the spot and we focus on positive action, passion for our products, people and the planet. We have big plans to become the UK's favourite and freshest way to kick‑start the day, and our people have big ideas for their futures too.

What We’re Looking For

• Identify and onboard new suppliers aligned to MOJU’s ethical sourcing standards
• Work closely with our co‑manufacturer to review and implement ingredient pricing
• Monitor supplier performance across quality, service, cost and compliance
• Conduct supplier visits and proactively manage supply chain risks including weather, crop and logistics challenges
• Uphold responsible sourcing, traceability and supplier compliance standards

Continuous Improvement & Sustainability

• Drive improvements across sourcing efficiency, quality, waste and yield
• Identify opportunities to better support farming communities and reduce environmental impact
• Stay current on responsible sourcing best practice, legislation and certification standards

Who You Are

• Experience in sourcing, procurement or supply chain, ideally within fresh produce or agriculture
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with a partnership‑led approach
• Experience working with international suppliers and complex supply chains
• Strong understanding of forecasting, planning and supply chain risk management
• Passionate about ethical sourcing, sustainability and responsible procurement
• Understanding of standards such as GlobalGAP and SMETA
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills across cultures
• Proactive, organised and someone who takes ownership and gets things done
• Spanish language skills are a bonus, but not essential

Diversity and Inclusion

We’re committed to hiring diversely. We encourage members of underrepresented groups to apply for this role. Once you’ve applied, we’ve developed a hiring process where candidates are judged on their unique talents and aptitude, not their identity. We also welcome applications from candidates who think they can make a big impact even if they don’t tick every box on the requirements.

The Package

A competitive package is on offer, which will include your salary, discretionary bonus, 28 days holiday, flexible working hours, a generous pension contribution and paid time out of the office for passion projects or social impact initiatives. We also offer free therapy support, a Classpass membership, Simplyhealth healthcare and as much MOJU as you can shake a shot at.
