The new Priest-in-Charge will embody our values of renewal, restoration and rebuilding. They will bring a missional outlook, be an encourager with a pastoral heart, and hold the Network with confidence and non‑anxious leadership. They will support the release of lay and ordained colleagues into leadership roles and be comfortable taking faith‑filled risks.
Qualities and Experience:
You will not be on your own – an extensive ministry team of ordained and lay colleagues and prayerful congregations will support you. We work closely with the Diocese and are recognised as a Diocesan Resource Church.
God has taken us on an encouraging journey and we are looking for a new leader who believes that even greater things lie ahead.
