Head of Music (Fixed-Term Contract – 1 Year)

We are seeking an ambitious and inspiring Head of Music to lead and develop a vibrant music department on a one-year fixed-term basis. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality teaching across Key Stages 3–5, promote excellence in both curriculum and extracurricular music, and foster a strong culture of creativity, performance, and musical achievement.

Start: September 2026

The role includes leading curriculum planning, managing performances and enrichment opportunities, supporting student progress, and working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator with strong leadership skills and a commitment to inclusive and engaging music education.
