I'm recruiting for a strategic, hands‑on Senior Marketing Manager to lead a two high‑growth co located portfolio. You’ll guide the ship, drive audience growth with strong management skills creating a safe space for your talented direct reports. Creating empowering environment for your two direct reports.

To thrive here, you’ll need to be as comfortable building an email campaign as you are presenting a strategy — and you must have exhibition experience across at least two shows with 10,000+ attendees .

3 days in the office / 2 days WFH

What You’ll Do

• Lead marketing strategy, positioning and audience growth
• Increase attendance and successfully launch a new show
• Manage & develop two direct reports (marketing managers)
• Roll up your sleeves during peak periods (copy, creative, email builds, digital optimisation)
• Use data to drive decisions and improve performance
• Oversee creative, content, segmentation, budgets and registration
• Collaborate across digital, data and commercial teams
