Reading, hybrid (2 days office / 3 days home)

Are you an experienced Senior Paraplanner looking for your next step with a high quality, values led financial planning firm?

We’re supporting a highly regarded financial planning practice in Reading seeking to appoint a technically strong, ambitious Senior Paraplanner. You’ll work closely with a Senior Adviser managing high-net-worth clients, giving you exposure to complex, interesting cases without the pressure of business development.

The Role will include:

• Review client files, identify planning issues, and liaise with advisers on solutions
• Support and mentoring a junior paraplanner
• Contribute to quality control, process improvement and wider business initiatives
• Salary up to £55,000
• Hybrid working – 2 days office / 3 days home
• Death in Service cover

To be considered for the role:

• Proven experience as a Paraplanner within an IFA / Financial Planning firm
• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (essential)
• Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments and protection
• Confident report writer with excellent attention to detail
